Do I need to book my appointment in advance at WOW-Beauty?

Yes, we highly recommend booking online via our DIKIDI platform or via WhatsApp. Please note that a deposit is required to secure your appointment time at our beauty salon.

What is the cancellation policy at WOW-Beauty?

We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel your visit for hair styling, manicure, or makeup, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to keep your deposit.

Do you recommend a patch test before hair colouring?

Absolutely. For your safety, a patch test is highly recommended at least 24–48 hours before any full hair colouring, highlights, or complex technical adjustments at WOW-Beauty.

Can I get a manicure and a lash lift at the same time?

Yes! Our beauty studio is designed to save your time. You can combine multiple services (like manicure, pedicure, hair treatments, and lashes) within a single visit. Just let us know when booking.

What professional cosmetic brands do you use at WOW-Beauty?

We use only authentic, premium professional products including Paul Mitchell, L’Oréal, CND, and Olaplex to ensure safe care and exceptional results for your hair, skin, and nails.
